The commission is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with the Name: Initiative for Justice Development and Peace building in Nigeria (IJDPN). It reaches out to all humanity regardless of their faith, political or ethnic affiliation and gives special attention to the less privilege in the society. It works in line with its vision statement, mission statement and organizational structure which has the Bishop as the overall Legal Holder, followed by the Executive Director who coordinate and ensures the smooth running of the organization daily activities. The Program Managers on the other hand are responsible for the program design and development, planning and implementation and monitoring of projects/activities implemented. .
